修改 rrd 的內容

1. 利用 dump 將 rrd 輸出成 xml
rrdtool dump rrd_file.rrd > rrd_file.xml

2. 修改 xml 內容
vi rrd_file.xml

3. 利用 restore 將 xml 回寫到 rrd file
rrdtool restore rrd_file.xml rrd_file.rrd
